Role & responsibilities: The tasks and responsibilities (not limited to) are as below: Research Lead all Qualitative and Quantitative researches for the brand BHT, U&A, CPT, DOD, etc. Identify new market opportunities Leverage insights to drive business growth Marketing Projects Manage ad hoc marketing projects Data Champion Understanding marketing data requirements Source, analyse and present data as per ad hoc requests Preferred candidate profile: Research Manager is responsible for providing information and insights regarding consumer, category, competition, and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions. Special Requirements: - Brief Writing - Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem solving ability - Strong business acumen, ability to assess impact on business performance - Excellent articulation / communication / presentation (written and verbal) Travel Limited but required.
