Research Internship in Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious intern to join us as an Innovation Scouting Intern. In this role, you will help scout, identify and evaluate innovative startups relevant to our strategic focus areas. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about the startup ecosystem, emerging technologies, and new business models.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Research and scout high‑potential startups across sectors aligned with our innovation priorities.
• Evaluate startups based on product offering, market potential, competitive landscape, and team strength.
• Assist in creating shortlists, profiles, and deep‑dive reports on identified startups.
• Track trends in the startup and innovation ecosystem (accelerators, incubators, pitch events, venture funds, etc.).
• Support outreach to startups for introductory calls, if required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and scout relevant startups.
• Maintain a detailed database of scouted startups and their evaluation status.
