Responsibilities include operating instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV, supporting method development or synthesis, and ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP practices. A B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Pharmacy with 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Good documentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
