Screen candidates’ resumes to identify suitable matches for open roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting background checks and verifying references. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and insights. Support talent mapping initiatives to build robust candidate pipelines. Assist in lead generation for new client acquisition and business development. Maintain and update records in the recruitment database and systems. Qualifications: Graduate or Post-Graduate from a reputed college/university. Strong communication and organizational skills.
