Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Research Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in market research and/or sales and customer service, along with strong telephone communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct market research to identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.

Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in any Southeast Asian languages such as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, or Vietnamese is a plus.
Experience in market research and/or sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
