Research Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Research Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience conducting market research and setting up interviews with industry sources.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential contacts and set up interviews.
• Prepare detailed notes and call reports on interview results and follow-up actions.
• Support team members in their projects and ensure timely task completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Experience in market research, sales, and customer service is preferred.
• Strong telephone communication skills, both written and verbal English proficiency, are essential.
• Flexibility to work in different time shifts and adapt to changing priorities is required.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Any Bachelor's degree is acceptable; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages such as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Vietnamese is a plus.
• Proficiency in international calling and research assistant roles is desirable.

This position is currently home-office/remote-based but will eventually be based in Klines India office in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon.
