Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Research Assistant position. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and assisting with ongoing research projects. Key responsibilities include supporting research activities, maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting findings, and contributing to solutions for scientific challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication of results are integral parts of this role.

• Proficiency in research methodologies and laboratory skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting findings

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Educational background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field, with prior research experience being an advantage
