Key Responsibilities:

Work on different modules of raw data received from the app.
Analyze, segregate, and clean data as per requirements.
Convert data into specified formats for uploading or reporting.
Understand data to derive customer insights and actionable points.
Verify user journey completion; coordinate with users for incomplete journeys.
Complete actionables and prepare reports for management approval.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in data cleaning and formatting.
