Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and improving dyes, pigments, and intermediates.
Conduct laboratory experiments under supervision and record accurate observations.
Support in product scale-up trials and process optimization at the plant level.
Maintain proper documentation of experiments, test results, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and lab best practices.
Assist in quality evaluations of new formulations against industry standards.
Coordinate with production, QC, and technical teams during product development.
Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and advancements in the chemical industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Industrial / Applied Chemistry preferred).
Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant lab/industry experience.
Basic understanding of analytical instruments (UV-Vis, FTIR, HPLC, etc.) is an advantage.
Good observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
Eagerness to learn and apply chemical concepts to practical scenarios.
Ability to work under supervision as well as in a team environment.
