Your expertise in esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation will be pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, safe, and sustainable processes. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, you will lead and mentor a team of chemists to deliver R&D and process development projects. Your strong analytical, documentation, and leadership skills will be essential in collaborating with production, EHS, and quality teams for safe and smooth execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of chemists to deliver R&D and process development projects. - Develop, optimize, and scale-up processes from lab to pilot and commercial scale. - Conduct tech transfer, prepare process documentation, and ensure on-floor implementation. - Collaborate with production, EHS, and quality teams for safe and smooth execution. - Drive innovation through non-infringing, cost-effective, and sustainable chemistry solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years of industrial R&D experience. - Minimum 2 years in the Surfactant & Emulsifiers industry. - Strong expertise in esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation. - Experience in process safety, technology transfer, and scale-up. - Strong analytical, documentation, and leadership skills.
