R&D Executive – Job Description

We are seeking an R&D Executive to support the development and innovation of our natural hair care and herbal products (www.dkihenna.com). The role involves assisting in formulation, conducting trials, analyzing results, and maintaining documentation to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing new formulations and improving existing products.
• Conduct laboratory trials, stability studies, and application testing.
• Document research data, observations, and results as per SOPs.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards and product safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with QC/QA and production teams for technology transfer.
• Stay updated with industry trends, raw materials, and herbal innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in cosmetics, herbal, or FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of natural ingredients and formulation techniques is a plus.
