Selected candidate will be mainly required to deal with contracts, claims and correspondence related to infrastructure works in thermal power plant and petrochemical sector .
He should have thorough knowledge of tendering, billing, delay analysis, extra/substituted items analysis and claims.
Should be well versed with hindrance analysis, L- 2 network and claims.
Exposure to arbitration process shall be proffered.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with internal and external correspondence.
