Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage labour at the site.
Plan and monitor daily work progress.
Ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
Maintain attendance, work progress, and material records.
Ensure safety rules are followed on site.
Report daily progress to the Project Manager.
Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively.
