Required Cinematographer

Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Cinematographer with experience ranging from 5 to 15 years. As a cinematographer, you will be responsible for documenting the various educational activities, events, and cultural initiatives at the institution, helping to create impactful visual content that resonates with students, staff, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality visuals of the institution’s activities, from classroom interactions to cultural events, and key leadership moments.
• Collaborate with the management and faculty to understand the vision for documenting important events, guest lectures, seminars, and student achievements.
• Lead a team of assistants and technicians to ensure the effective use of cinematographic techniques in creating engaging visual content.
• Work closely with directors and event coordinators to ensure visual content aligns with the institution’s core values and educational mission.
• Operate and manage all camera equipment with a focus on achieving excellent quality shots across various types of events, including academic, extracurricular, and community outreach.
• Offer creative input on shot composition, lighting, and overall visual style to enhance storytelling and impact.
• Oversee the post-production process, ensuring editing, color grading, and sound design elevate the visual narrative.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5-15 years of professional cinematography experience, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across academic, corporate, and cultural settings.
• Strong proficiency in modern camera equipment, lighting, and cinematographic techniques.
• Leadership experience managing a team of assistants and collaborators, ensuring high standards for all visual content.
• Proven experience in filming events such as seminars, conferences, cultural festivals, and similar large-scale productions.
• Ability to work efficiently in diverse environments, from classrooms to outdoor event spaces, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of post-production processes and the ability to guide the final output to ensure quality and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong understanding of the values and mission of Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions.
• Previous work with educational institutions or corporate organizations in creating promotional or event-based cinematography.
• Experience with both digital cinematography and traditional film techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
