Assess and identify children with learning disabilities or special needs.
Create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement them in collaboration with regular teachers.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Work closely with parents and counselors for student development.
Excellent knowledge of inclusive education and special needs interventions.
Empathy, patience, and behavior management skills.
Strong documentation and reporting ability.
2–5 years of experience in a school setup preferred.
