About the Team

Key Responsibilities

Produce and analyze quarterly and annual financial results on a US Statutory basis
Support month-end/quarter-end close schedules and ensure timely deliverables
Participate in statutory reporting and regulatory filings (NAIC, RBC)
Prepare internal and external audit deliverables
Involve in financial planning, ORSA modelling, and ad-hoc analysis
Drive and implement process improvements
Perform detailed reviews and maintain high-quality work standards
Support team during peak periods and contribute to a collaborative work culture
Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or analysis
Knowledge of financial services is essential; insurance/reinsurance experience preferred
Familiarity with USGAAP and statutory reporting; NAIC experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
