• Experience & Adaptability:

  Any Graduate or Post Graduate with prior experience in

  MIS, Accounting, or Auditing

Role & responsibilities

As an MIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our reporting systems and data analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data Integrity & Reconciliation:

  Execute

  and

  manage

  regular, complex reconciliations of various financial and operational accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Serve

  as a key point of contact, handling and resolving internal/external stakeholder inquiries related to reports and data, ensuring clear and professional communication.

• MIS Management:

  Oversee

  the continuous maintenance, optimization, and operation of management information systems (MIS).

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Analyze

  large datasets,

  design

  and

  develop

  insightful reports (e.g., performance metrics, financial summaries), and

  present

  findings to aid strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement:

  Collaborate

  with cross-functional teams to communicate data findings, identify root causes of discrepancies, and

  implement

  process and system improvements.

Qualifications

Academic Background:

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced Expertise

  in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically

  Advanced Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas, Data Visualization).
• Demonstrated knowledge of

  Management Information Systems (MIS)

  principles and architecture.
• Strong

  Data Analytics

  and

  Analytical Skills

  for processing, interpreting, and validating large, complex datasets.
• Experience with relevant reporting software/tools is a strong plus
