Job Description

The Reporting Executive will be responsible for the timely delivery of key media reports related to the media team activities to act as a Proof of Work (POW) and Proof of Execution (POE) across all EMEA markets.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all proof of executions are accurate and delivered on time across various markets.
Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain high standards of deliverables.
Align with the client Ad Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery for all the proof of execution for all the campaigns across the markets.

Remote Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with a geographically dispersed team across EMEA.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a media agency.
Digital media knowledge and understanding.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Process oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Proficient in campaign reporting and analytics.
Bilingual level of English.
