Role : Social Media Executive Experience: 1 to 2 years Full Time Work from Office (Vashi, Navi Mumbai) Candidates having experience in the Real Estate Industry will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Create and follow content plans for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms to get more views and engagement. Maintain content calendar and ensure content is scheduled and ready ahead of time Track results and metrics (views, reach, and likes) to see whats working and make improvements. Work with the creative team and managers to keep content consistent and aligned with business goals. Keep up with the latest social media trends and updates to make content better over time. Skills Required: Expertise in social media growth strategies, including SEO, community building, and audience engagement. Previous experience in a digital agency, in-house digital team, E-com or D2C brand preferred Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Ability to develop content strategies for the Real Estate Industry. Proficiency in using latest AI tools like ChatGPT, Image Generation tools and such. Advanced knowledge of repurposing content (e.g., blogs, videos) into platform-specific formats to drive engagement. Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on creating viral and shareable content. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with video editors, designers, and leadership. Education, Expertise & Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in social media management or related roles. Proven portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and community-building initiatives.
