Renewals Manager

Role Overview: As a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry, your role at Liberty General Insurance will involve supporting retention through business strategy and analysis. You will be responsible for benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, and online platforms by collecting information from internal and external sources. Your interaction with business and retention teams will be crucial in driving retention and strengthening existing processes, as well as designing new and improved processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for a seamless renewal journey and improve the overall customer journey. Designing and driving Recognition & Rewards programs will also be part of your responsibilities, along with any other retention product-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support retention through business strategy and analysis. - Benchmark industry retention conversions, processes, and online platforms. - Interact with business and retention teams to drive retention and strengthen processes. - Design new and improved retention processes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to develop interfaces for seamless renewal journey. - Improve overall customer journey. - Design and drive Recognition & Rewards programs. - Conduct other retention product-related activities.
