Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire renewal process from initial contact to final contract signing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the renewal process.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-20 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
