Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Renewals Operations Specialist APAC

  1. Renewal Operations Management:

    • Drive end-to-end renewal operations for Digital Marketing across APAC, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of renewal performance.
    • Collaborate with Renewal Sales Specialists and Renewals Leads throughout the renewal sales cycle, providing guidance and support.
    • Develop and track risk mitigation plans in partnership with Renewals Leads to address potential attrition risks in future quarters.
  2. Attrition Management & Reporting:

    • Provide weekly attrition outlook to APAC leadership and global finance, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and reporting.
    • Partner with the Credit team to track and manage out-of-cycle attrition risks, preventing last-minute surprises.
    • Conduct quarterly reconciliation of recurring revenue attrition with Data Operations and Global Finance to ensure accuracy in performance reporting.
  3. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

    • Continuously work to streamline and improve operational processes for renewals, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the APAC region.
    • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools and systems to enhance operational capabilities.
    • Ensure timely renewal closures within the quarter to meet quarterly targets related to attrition plans and budget.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Engage with internal stakeholders, including Sales, CSMs, OM, Deal Desk, Contracts, Sales Operations, Finance, and others, to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of renewals.
    • Collaborate with business partners to identify and resolve issues affecting renewals, driving continuous improvement.
  5. Forecasting & Performance Management:

    • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of renewal performance for the current and next quarter.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewals and attrition, ensuring ongoing monitoring and reporting to senior management.
    • Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports on renewals and attrition, using CRM tools and Excel dashboards.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelors degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical, or business discipline.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar or related role, such as Sales Operations, Renewals Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, or business forecasting.
  • Renewal Operations Knowledge:

    Experience with pipeline management, deal drafting, retention offers/programs, discount structuring, business unit approvals, and renewal-related processes.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong critical thinking abilities with the capability to analyze issues, make decisions, and solve problems independently.
  • Reporting & Tools Proficiency:

    High proficiency in MS Excel (including creating dashboards and automating reports) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SFDC).
  • Time Management:

    Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize based on changing business needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Renewals/Sales Operations Experience:

    Proven track record of driving renewals or sales operations, with a strong understanding of the operational aspects of renewals management.
  • Advanced Excel Skills:

    Strong expertise in creating and automating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Contract Knowledge:

    Familiarity with contract reviews, negotiations, and legal/financial governance processes.
  • Operational Support Delivery Knowledge:

    Understanding of operational support delivery business processes and systems.
