Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 5–14) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.Location - Ghatkopar west, MumbaiWorking days- 6 daysWorking hours - 10pm - 7amSalary- 30k -40kWork setup- In officeKey Responsibilities:Handle renewal conversations with existing customers via calls, emails, and CRM toolsEnsure timely renewal of subscriptions/contractsFollow up with customers before and after renewal dates.Address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to renewals.Maintain accurate records of interactions and renewal status in CRM.Meet or exceed monthly renewal and revenue targets.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing.Provide basic product information and upsell/cross-sell where applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a night shift environmentGood problem-solving and follow-up skillsCustomer-focused attitude
