Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role balances hands-on development with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and architecture decisions. Mentor and support junior developers. Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical plans. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Ensure timely delivery and technical excellence in projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong coding skills in relevant stack (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript). Proven experience in system design and microservices architecture. Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
