Salesforce Delivery Leader

Remote

15+ yrs.

Required Experience & Skills

15+ years
of IT delivery experience, with at least
8+ years in Salesforce program management/delivery leadership
.
Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations across multiple business units and geographies.
Strong expertise in
Salesforce AI features (Einstein, Agent Assist, Agentforce)
.
Experience in
MuleSoft integration oversight
and managing enterprise API ecosystems.
Hands-on knowledge of
IVR and Salesforce integration
(CTI, telephony, omnichannel).
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Agile and hybrid delivery model experience (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps).

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Program Architect accreditation.
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or OmniStudio Consultant.
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
PMP / SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
