Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for domestic (India) hiring requirements.
Understand job descriptions and align with hiring managers on expectations.
Source candidates through
job portals
, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
Follow up on offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience in
domestic recruitment / India hiring
.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and market insights
