Reliability Expert (15+ Years Experience)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and execute

  reliability transformation programs

  across client organizations, focusing on asset performance enhancement and cost optimization.
• Conduct

  comprehensive reliability assessments, benchmarking, and gap analysis

  in line with global industry standards.
• Develop and implement reliability frameworks, including

  RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)

  ,

  FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)

  , and

  LCC (Life Cycle Costing)

  .
• Support clients in

  digital reliability initiatives

  , predictive maintenance, and data-driven asset management strategies.
• Facilitate

  cross-functional workshops

  and capability-building programs for client teams.
• Deliver

  technical reports, dashboards, and management presentations

  highlighting reliability KPIs and improvement outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and embed best practices across global client operations
• Travel internationally for project execution, stakeholder meetings, and on-site reliability assessments as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Professional Certifications:

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional), and/or
• CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) preferred.
• Proven experience in

  leading enterprise-scale reliability programs

  across multiple industries or geographies.
• Hands-on exposure to

  global reliability standards and methodologies

  adopted by organizations like

  Shell, Aramco, and ADNOC

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital reliability platforms, asset analytics tools, and maintenance optimization software

  .

• Publications, conference presentations, or professional association memberships

  in reliability management are highly desirable.
