Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor

    reliability culture transformation programs

    across client organizations.
  • Conduct

    organizational culture and competence gap assessments

    to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deploy

    competence management frameworks

    , training roadmaps, and skill assurance processes.
  • Facilitate

    leadership workshops, coaching sessions, and team interventions

    to build proactive reliability behaviors.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to embed

    reliability principles, ownership mindset, and performance accountability

    across all levels.
  • Support the development of

    learning content, e-learning modules, and assessment tools

    aligned with reliability goals.
  • Measure and report the impact of competence and culture initiatives through KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Work closely with

    maintenance, operations, and HR

    functions to align reliability culture programs with business objectives.
  • Prepare professional

    reports, communication plans, and change management documentation

    for client delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Preferred Certifications:

    • RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Facilitator
    • ISO 55000 (Asset Management) Practitioner
    • Reliability Culture Specialist / Change Management Certification
  • Experience:

    • 10+ years in reliability culture transformation, competence development, and change management roles.
    • Proven record of facilitating large-scale

      behavioral change and reliability improvement programs

      in industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with

    organizational development tools, training design methodologies

    , and

    human reliability assessments

    .
