Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure smooth hand-offs as part of the Follow-the-Sun support model.
Perform root cause analysis, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.
Execute scripts and automation tasks to improve system resilience.
Use SQL and database queries for data investigation and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in trading support.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with exposure to programming.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Exposure to financial products such as cash equities, bonds, derivatives, currencies, commodities and FX markets.
Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle and futures/options trading.
