• Ensuring Preventive Maintenance of the equipment, Refrigeration units, Bikes and the store within the defined TAT
• Handle Technician & Bike mechanic weekly PJP compliance & Performance
• Vendor Coordination for R&M activities
• Ensuring safety at stores
• Break Down Analysis to reduce unplanned equipment downtime through proactive maintenance initiatives
• Regular monitoring of all consumables & spares to upkeep of the inventory
• Finding and implementing energy saving initiatives to reduce electricity consumption
• To ensure compliance and licenses at all restaurants are upto date
• Cross functional collaboration and coordination to effectively carry out day to day operations
