Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project/program cutover plans, managing relationships, and coordinating work between different teams at various locations. Your key responsibilities will include planning detailed execution, executing real-time cutover plans in test environments and production, leading release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, business go/no-go reviews, and CAB meetings, as well as leading and coordinating go-live activities. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain project/program cutover plans - Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations - Plan detailed execution including resources, environments, integration, data, etc. - Execute real-time cutover plan in all test environments and production as per release schedule - Lead Release Readiness reviews, Milestone reviews, Business Go/No-Go reviews, and CAB meetings - Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including execution of deployment plans and checklists Qualifications Required: - Proven test environment, testing, and cutover management experience - Experience working with extensive technical architectures (including SAP) across complex environments - Proven ability to deliver changes on time and within budget - Knowledge of waterfall and agile software development lifecycles and methodologies - Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills This role requires proficiency in the following technical skills: - Planning: Jira - Collaboration: MS Teams, MS Office, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint, SharePoint (independently working) - ITSM Tool: ServiceNow - Analysis: Excel (independently able to do analysis) - Portfolio Management: Good understanding/knowledge - Reporting: Power BI Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project/program cutover plans, managing relationships, and coordinating work between different teams at various locations.
