Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
Release Management
: plan, schedule, coordinate deployments, maintain release calendar, conduct readiness and retrospectives.
Handle
Change Management
: review/approve change requests, perform impact/risk assessments, facilitate CAB meetings, ensure rollback plans.
Support
Incident Management
: act as first point of contact for major incidents, coordinate resolution, maintain logs, contribute to RCA.
Work with
Monitoring Tools
(Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana) for proactive issue detection and performance analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong ITIL knowledge
(Incident, Change, Release Management).
Hands-on experience in
Change & Release Management processes
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and
DevOps practices
.
Exposure to
ServiceNow
or similar ITSM platforms.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to work in
24x7 environments
.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

AIOps exposure
for automation and observability.
Experience with
monitoring tools
(Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
Prompt engineering
knowledge for AI-driven operations.
Advanced cloud migration or automation experience.
