Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager located in Bihar, India. The Relationship Officer/Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, facilitating financial transactions, communicating with clients, providing customer service, and driving sales. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored housing finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Finance and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bihar, India
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
• Experience in the housing finance industry or similar is preferred
