Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Executives/Officers for a growing Farmers Producer Company (FPC) operations across multiple branches. The role involves customer handling, account coordination, documentation, and branch-level support similar to Co-operative Society NBFC and banking operations. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and assist farmers and members with services
• Support daily branch operations and customer transactions
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist in loan processing, repayment follow-ups, and account coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned service and operational targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduation
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
• Basic knowledge of banking/NBFC operations is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English preferred
• Willingness to work at any of the mentioned branch locations
• Must be able to join immediately
