As a team leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 DSTs to ensure productivity. You will be required to interact with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for sourcing business. Moreover, tying up with channel partners and associates for sales programs will be a crucial aspect of your role. Your duties will also include ensuring the development of both direct and indirect teams. In this role, you will be expected to liaise with credit departments for loan applications and operations to facilitate smooth disbursement. Additionally, following up on infant delinquent cases and managing PDDs will be among your key responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in vehicle financing, preferably in the CV/CE/MUVs domain. Having knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker processes will be advantageous.
