Relationship Officer - Bank

You will be working as a Relationship Manager/Officer in the Bank sales force, focusing on acquiring new customers and exploring business opportunities. Your role will involve managing a team of business development executives to sell current accounts and savings accounts based on customer needs. You will be responsible for market mapping, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and team management - Identify sales opportunities for CASA products by acquiring new customers and building relationships - Manage business relations with existing customers to enhance relationships - Ensure timely servicing of leads and resolution of discrepancies during the application process - Record all engagement activities through the CRM system - Prepare and implement plans for sourcing, activation, coaching, and mentoring BDEs - Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules and regulations in the financial services industry Key Qualifications: - Graduation/Post Graduation from a recognized university - 0-2 years of experience in a relevant role in the BFSI sector The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
