Relationship Officer - Bank

As a Relationship Manager/Officer at the Bank, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and explore new business opportunities. You will lead a team of business development executives to sell current accounts and savings (CASA) accounts based on customer needs. Your key skills should include excellent communication, strong sales and negotiation abilities, a focus on customer service, and effective problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and team management - Identify sales opportunities for CASA products by acquiring new customers and building relationships - Manage relationships with existing customers to enhance existing partnerships - Ensure timely servicing of leads and resolution of discrepancies in the application process - Record all engagement activities through the CRM system - Develop and implement sourcing, activation, coaching, and mentoring plans for the BDEs - Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and financial services legislation Qualifications: - Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized university - 0-2 years of experience in a relevant role/BFSI sector In this full-time role, you will receive benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
