Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of credit cards.
Conduct field collections by visiting customers' homes or offices to collect payments.
Verify documents such as KYC, income proof, and other relevant papers for loan processing.
Collect new customer applications and submit them to the bank for further processing.
Ensure timely submission of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in Field Collections, Document Verification, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Credit Card sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
