Established in 2008, SMHFPL focuses on addressing the housing finance needs of self-employed, low, and middle-income families from semi-urban and rural areas of India. The company aims to help underserved segments of society achieve the dream of homeownership.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur for a Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their housing finance needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include client interactions, processing loan applications, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Understanding of housing finance and related financial products
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
