Key Responsibilities

Drive
B2B sales
by promoting and selling company products/services to corporate and enterprise clients.
Build, manage, and grow
long-term client relationships
through regular engagement and strategic follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and close deals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with
internal HR and delivery teams
for smooth execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions independently.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms confidently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and closures.

Desired Profile

5+ years of experience
in
B2B Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development

Strong exposure to
corporate or enterprise clients
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High confidence, bold personality
