Minimum one year experience in Stock Broking/DP/Mutual Fund business and/or having valid Stock market related certification from NISM or having good marketing skill. The job involves selling financial products such as Demat account, Mutual funds. The Contract shall be for an initial period of one year.It may be extended for a further period of one year at the discretion of the Company.During the contract period, either the Company/Relationship Manager may terminate the contract by giving one month's notice.The engagement is primarily for marketing Online Trading, Demat and Mutual fund Accounts for the Company. The RM shall be required to achieve a minimum revenue equivalent to 3 times the annual consolidated pay on a monthly prorate basis.Performance of the officials engaged on contract shall be reviewed at monthly intervals.
