Job Description

Overall Management 1. Manage Public Relations & liaison with authorities for day to day branch working and reporting 2. Develop and lead sales, marketing, and business development plan for branch 3. Ensure implementation of growth strategies to generate sales across core banking products including loans, current and savings accounts, term deposits and third party products 4. Develop the business prospects in the branch vicinity by scouting for avenues to expand advances portfolio qualitatively & quantitatively 5. Develop strategies for growth for the Branch including customer relationship measures, campaigns and local advertising at Suryoday 6. Build and leverage networks both externally (with customers , potential customers, banking professionals, subject matter experts etc.) and internally (with Bank personnel across departments and zones) Customer Service & Operations 7. Manage relationships with key Suryoday customers and prospective high net worth customers 8. Ensure quick resolution of customer issues which are escalated by the Branch staff and take required action 9.
