It will be essential for you to stay abreast of stock market trends and effectively communicate pertinent information to clients. Your role will also involve addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty. A successful candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and have 1 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with a specific focus on the stock market. Proficiency in stock market operations, trading platforms, and financial products will be advantageous. Fluency in Hindi for verbal communication is preferred along with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish and uphold enduring client relationships, exhibit a problem-solving approach with a strong emphasis on client contentment, and possess a sound comprehension of KYC and account management procedures.
