Relationship Manager - SME

As a Relationship Manager in the Banking industry, your primary responsibility will involve coordinating with panel advocates and engineers for title opinion and valuation of properties in accordance with extant guidelines. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers to drive new customer acquisition, and performing necessary KYC/customer validation, due diligence, and market enquiry while collecting required data/information as per checklist. Your role will also include verifying references, conducting necessary unit and security visits, ensuring completeness of documents, reviewing financials/bank statements, and initiating the Login Activity. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate internally to obtain sanction and issue sanction letters within stipulated timelines, as well as ensure the overall achievement of individual targets. Furthermore, you will create and execute necessary documents, file ROC, CERSAI, etc., and facilitate the creation of limits in core banking systems and disbursement of sanctioned limits within specified timelines. Ongoing monitoring of accounts until the next renewal and maintaining a cordial relationship with the Branch for leads and client servicing will also be part of your responsibilities.
