1. Business Development & Sales Management: Drive sales of insurance products through the banks branches. Identify potential customers and pitch suitable insurance solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals. Work closely with bank branch staff to increase awareness and support sales efforts.
2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers. Train and motivate branch staff on insurance products and processes. Ensure seamless customer experience through effective collaboration.
3. Customer Engagement & Service: Conduct customer needs analysis and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate sales and customer data for reporting purposes. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance
1) 1-2 Years Experience in Banca sales/Insurance Sales
2) Marathi Candidates Required.
