Relationship Manager

manages and develops relationships with bank partners to drive life insurance sales

• Bancassurance Sales:

  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by selling life insurance through the bank channel.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to implement and drive sales strategies.

• Lead Generation:

  Meet with bank customers to generate leads for insurance cross-selling and obtain referrals from both bank customers and prospects.

• Sales and Pipeline Management:

  Coordinate with bank staff to meet customers, develop sales plans, and follow up on all prospects until the sale is closed. This includes managing the process of obtaining necessary documents and coordinating with customers for medical formalities.

• Training and Engagement:

  Conduct sales meetings and product training sessions for bank employees and organize engagement activities for bank staff and customers.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback on products and customer needs to the management team.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
