Job Title: Relationship Manager Royale (HNI Clients)


Relationship Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow HNI customer relationships for liabilities and retail assets.

  • CASA and investment product sales

  • Provide superior banking and investment service to Au Royale clients.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective client engagement and advisory.

  • Regularly use CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities.

  • Comply with internal KYC, AML, and risk management guidelines.

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets as per defined scorecards.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

  • interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service

  • Fluent in English and local language; excellent communication skills.

  • High ethical standards with a passion for customer success.

  • Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure.
