Relationship Manager (RM)

You will be working as a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance at Ageas Federal Life Insurance (Formerly known as IDBI Federal Life Insurance) in Pathanamthitta. Your primary responsibility will be to manage life insurance sales through assigned Bank branches. You will be required to coordinate between the Bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion, as well as deal with walking customers to sell them life insurance policies. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads from in-branch lead generators, the bank's customer database, and walk-in customers. You will need to make appointments, explore the customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, suggest suitable products from the company's range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation. Building a strong customer base to explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, obtaining referrals, ensuring sales completion by facilitating medical reports, and ensuring prompt issuance of policy documents are also part of your role. Adherence to the company's sales process and timely submission of reports will be essential. The channel partner for this role is Federal Bank. The salary for the right candidate can go up to 4.5 LPA (with additional benefits like Mediclaim, Conveyance, Incentives, Allowances, etc.).
