Job Description

As a Sales Manager for home loans and LAP channel, your role involves managing the sales process, achieving business targets, and enhancing client relationships. You will also lead a team of relationship managers to ensure productivity and results. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales numbers aggressively to meet targets for home loans and cross-selling, focusing on improving client relationships. - Expanding the customer base for home loans and LAP channel to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Maximizing sales through a network of DSAs by effectively managing connector and builder relationships. - Developing strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Increasing the number of APFs and penetration in approved APF projects. - Identifying and nurturing new builder/channel relationships to enter new markets and expand the business. - Ensuring timely processing of files from login to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments. - Optimizing team productivity by managing relationship managers to achieve team results and meet targets. - Coordinating ground lead generation activities with the team for sales. - Providing training, motivation, and deployment strategies to the team to implement the growth agenda. - Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Sharing market insights with the central product and policy team for market leadership. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports. The qualification required for this role is a Graduate or Masters/Postgraduate degree.,
