Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Patiala. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, analyzing financial information, recommending appropriate financial products, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in relationship management, sales, and customer service
Strong analytical skills for analyzing financial information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial products and services, particularly loans and savings
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
